Cooking Gear

We find ourselves on just about every trip looking for something that we know we have but didn’t pack. In fact, we know just where in the kitchen the item is but it does us no good when camping. It’s best to sit down and go through your mind the process it takes to cook whatever you have on your menu and make yourself a list. Good things to remember…can opener, cooking and serving utensils, cleaning items and paper goods.

Whenever you find that you don’t have what you need, involve everyone to try to come up with a solution – that’s how some of our best meals have been prepared! If all else fails, ask the campers next to you…most likely they will have what you’re looking for. Click to return to Camping Gear.
